Entry Requirements
- Indexing of candidate(s) is done within three (3) months after admission.
- Registration of candidates is done in April for June Examinations, while August for the October and November Examinations.
EVT (Environmental Health Technician)
- Candidates must have must have a total of FOUR (4) CREDIT in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings.
- The FOUR CREDIT must include: English Language, Biology or Health Science and ANY TWO Science subject (Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, or Agricultural Science).
PHN (Public Health Nursing)
- Five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) in not more than two sittings
- RN (Registered Nurse) Certificate
- RM (Registered Midwifery) Certificate
HND (Environmental Health Technology)
- Completion of WAHEB National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology program.
ND (National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology)
Five (5) credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB).
FHC (Food Hygiene Certificate)
Candidates must have either credits or passes in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings in any subject.
EHA (Environmental Health Assistant)
- Candidates must have a total of two (2) credits and two (2) passes in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings.
- The two credit passes must include: English Language and one Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science, or Integrated Science) and any other two (2) subjects at pass or credit level
FHD (Food Hygiene Diploma)
- Completion of WAHEB Food Hygiene Certificate (FHC) program.
HEP (Health Education and Promotion)
- Candidates must have five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- These must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, plus any one other subject.
